Arm workout

Got lured down to the gym for an arm session today. Matt can usually be distracted into conversation if you mention Iron Maiden or some other similar rock related chit chat. Not so Freddie who's much more focussed on causing me pain and won't put up with any of my nonsense.

Thanks to everybody who's said such nice things about my D4 review, to coin a phrase, I liked it so much, I bought the company! ;)
