Wednesday 5 September 2012: Caught in the act
I am so happy my meditation classes started again and within minutes of walking into the room I began to feel calm and peaceful - the people who attend regularly are all such kind, lovely people it is so nice to be surrounded by so much positivity
On my way to the session passed through a major smoke cloud looks like some local "youths" had started a fire on waste ground didn't take too long for the police to turn up - sorry the picture is out of focus didn;t think Mr. Policeman would be happy me taking pics of him
Thanks again Ali for feeding me pizza - I think I am coming a regular chez Watkiss its just like being back at uni again
