Centaurea

Wallflower, Cornflower, Centaurea?

The garden has many nice autumn flowers at the moment. This is a particularly interesting one, so a nice continuation of the 'blue sky' theme and the Indian summer.

A major re-organisation is underway at work, so it is a bit of a lull before a storm at the moment. The tranquility of the garden is a useful antidote for the politics, tension, uncertainty, positioning and general chaos that follows these events.

New public sector management, post Thatcher legacy, and the 'American neo-conservatism right wing way' has a lot to answer for. I wonder if we can develop an appropriate and effective antidote for that.

Used to be called the Labour Party.....but times change...
