Pacific Northwest Forest Hike.

Wonderful dry day, no sun but no rain. Husband and I went for a small hike about five miles. It was through typical northwest vegetation, very thick green. Near the summit we had some nice views of the Olympic Mountains but the foreground was clear cuts, also very typical Pacific Northwest. I knew that might be a difficult thing for many to see, so I selected the trail through the aspens and ferns for today's blip. Now off to happy hour at the Inn.
