Tides

Up a bit later this morning because our treatments were this afternoon.
So we had another walk along the coast. It was low tide and in the distance you can see the guys searching for shellfish I guess.

We are still feeling tired but normal apparently and still abstaining on the wine and café which is suprisingly easy. Looking forward to feeling the benefits of all this.

Treatments today included an aromertherapy massage and an enveloppement des algues; covered head to toe in seaweed and then wrapped in plastic and covered by an electric blanket for 20 minutes. And the usual baths and stretching.
