The Asterisk

The "Heron Rule" has an asterisk and some fine print which will inform you that it will be applied to the hawks, as well!  I was tracking this one handheld, so this is not a perfect shot and I am also working with a new photo editing program and Windows 10 so there are features I need to learn to be more comfortable with....
