l'oro di bronte

I'm going to eat a pile of pistachio nuts and watch a few episodes of Seinfeld while waiting for an egg to cook. That's a long cooking time for an egg, I know, but I'm currently experimenting with a 65 degree egg. It is, in short, an egg cooked exactly at 65 degrees Celsius. The temperature is supposed to be some kind of a sweet spot for coagulating the proteins in the egg white. It should come out nice and firm without being rubbery. I don't know. We'll see.

Anyway, I decided to blip the nuts instead of the egg. I think they look better blipwise.
