A Friday missed!

Last friday, I left early by train for a trip to Fort William, N W Scotland, for a John Muir Trust meeting. And when I got there the signal was too weak! And it took me some time to return as I cycled 40 miles south from FW to link up with the train from Oban to return to Kendal. A great weekend and a brilliant cycle down the Caledonia way, a disued railway line. On the cycle route I stayed overnight at this house where my good friends Roma & John were "hens" sitting.

Back to Burgundy's last thursday night and here is Steve Oakes on guitar, John Sandam on bass and Ed Kayniek on sax and behind them Ted Richards on drums. Another great night topped with a Django Rheinart vinyl in the raffle.
