Day 8 - sunshine!

It has been a glorious day. This morning we went to hidcote gardens and this afternoon we did some gardening. On track all day with chunky monkey smoothly, eggs and chicken stir fry. I also made tomorrow's dinner - sausage casserole. Photo is me after HITT outside this evening.
