That damn cat. This is Sharon's happy welcome cat that sits on the window above her desk, waving its little golden paw and ticking away as a not-so-quiet reminder of how welcome we all are to her desk.

When under pressure to complete a task or when someone alerts you to the ticking, there is nothing louder than the cat, the ticking is almost deafening.

Most mornings when Sharon arrives she finds either the cat lying helplessly on its side unable to wave its little paw or the battery is completely missing. So much disrespect towards such a small and happy cat. Its a love hate relationship.
