Land, Sea and Sky

Totnes Road leads into our village from the north - a twisty lane dotted with telegraph poles. In June its high banks are spiked with pinky-ginger sorrel and purple foxgloves, and spotted with yellow buttercups. From its highest parts you can view glimpses of the sea. Today was a day of billowing clouds; fair-weather cumulus filled the sky after a short, sharp shower. Our family left after lunch today, but it's been lovely seeing them. We seem to have packed a lot into just a few days.

Thanks for all the kind, star-spangled comments on my yesterblip, which was also taken in Totnes Road. Hope you're having a lovely weekend, blipmates!
