Busy weekend

It has been a crazy week with my parents and grandparents coming to stay Monday to Thursday and then we were camping in the Lake District with friends Friday to Today. The weather was beautiful for us and we had a great, if not relaxing, time! 

I've been trying to make good food decisions but alcohol and chocolate have been consumed. I did my HIIT when we got home this afternoon and now back on it before next weekend!
