Dragon Boat...

We headed back to the Bonnie Bonnie banks for third time running to help raise money for the Bobath cerebral palsy charity whilst getting wet and sore arms in the process and revealing in our motivational captains cheesey but quite effective banter.

It was a disappointing start coming bottom of the first heat but we built into the technique gaps and managed a second fastest finalist placing leading to a second year running silver medal.

A thoroughly fun and worthwhile day. We even got a rather biblical storm which was all the more impressive for being under a gazzeebo to witness it.
