Welcome to the UK!
After a total of 18 hours on the boat (which was more than enough ...) we arrived in the UK. After that we had a fairly uneventfull drive from Newcastle to Edinburgh. The weather was pretty nice and we got to enoy the beautifull countryside.
Once in Edinburgh we unloaded Pieter's stuff and walked around a while. At 10 we took the car for some late night Sunday shopping (after 8 o'clock on Saturday it is nearly impossible to buy anything in Groningen / the Netherlands) at ASDA's. A pretty cool experience.
