Emerging from the jungle

From my balcony on the 5th floor, I'd watched this Woodpigeon disappear into a rather overgrown flower bed and managed to photograph it when it appeared again in the middle of it.

The extra is a photo of a juvenile Starling begging for food, photographed from the same position on my balcony.
