Saturday 15 September 2012: Tour of Britain - Stage 7 - Devon
I imagine there will be a lot of photo's like this blipped today as The Tour of Britain passed through Devon today. The cyclists passed through our town of Tavistock about half way through the route from Barnstaple in North Devon to Dartmouth in the South of the county.
We sat waiting for them half way up Pork Hill, knowing it is quite a hard climb and that they might be going slow enough to be able to take photo's of them that weren't just a blur.
The chap in the golden top is local lad Jonathan Tiernan-Locke who will take an 18-second lead into the final stage of the Tour of Britain on Sunday.
