Bacalhau

I have just returned from my Croatian holiday. Apologies for the sudden curtailment of my daily blipping from abroad. My phone suffered a salty end

I will be daily back-blipping from now on.

This is the bacalhau (dried salted cod) I brought home from my previous holiday to Portugal. I have chopped it up ready to be soaked in water for a day or so to extract the salt. I haven't decided on the recipe I shall follow, but it will be Basque or Portuguese in origin.
