Brave Female Blackbird!

She is a regular visitor to my garden  -  see HERE  and  and HERE  -  but I got a shock when I saw her this morning very much the worse for wear and with a leg missing.  Fortunately she is able to fly with ease and has visited the feed-tray. There are buzzards around here and I can only think she has escaped an attack from one. She was quite perky and a very brave lady indeed!
