Budapest's Central Market

This was our main outing of the day, via trolleys that are probably still from the communist era--noisy, but fast and frequent.  The market is a huge structure, with two levels,  although it didn't take terribly long to stroll nearly to the end of the main floor. Our purchases were strudel, apricots and a pair of peaches--the latter a bit overripe but utterly delicious; we never find them like that near us in Massachusetts.  The weather continued to be lovely--sunny and comfortable, with a light breeze. Tomorrow we're off toward home.
