Dragonfly

Without a doubt, my favourite subjects for pictures are dragonflies. They fascinate me. They are amazing to watch in action, in flight and just resting on a rock or small twig. They are amazing to see close up like this and once you get the hang of it, quite easy to capture when they are resting. Catching them in flight.. well, that a different story.

I got this one on a short walk through the park today.

DEFINITELY best viewed in large.

On a short side note, I did in fact make it to 500,000 views on my journal. I am still blown away and humbled by that number. I am amazed every time I see that one view is added to my total.
