Ready, steady, go!

MrM and I have been in possession of this beast for a few years now - a POS (point of sale) card reader is essential if we want to sell our instruments. But also very expensive in one way and another. So we've decided to not to renew our hire contract when it expires and, instead, to acquire one of the new-fangled devices that works via an app on a mobile phone. Hopefully, it will be cheaper to run.

As MrM is something of a technophobe, he's expecting me to make the decisions as to which new-fangled device to acquire, and then to set it up. So I spent this evening looking in to them - hardly 'rocket science', but not as straightforward as I first imagined. Sigh! Comments welcome if anyone uses one...
