More growth

A large apartment complex is being constructed on Roosevelt Row. There goes the neighborhood. I like this shot because it shows an art gallery and the (what I assume will be) luxury apartments. This is the fourth apartment building on this corner. Two others sprung up in the last year.

I don't know what this neighborhood was like before luxury living moved in, but it seems like it's going to be pushing artists out now. And I'm part of the problem since I moved in to a relatively inexpensive but nice place at the end of the arts district.
