Come on Slow Poke!!!

It's going to be a hot day again so I got my act in gear to get out to the greenbelt as soon as I could after I woke up....to avoid the heat!  I wanted to get a 30 min. walk in to keep my foot getting some rehab work in....took the cowboy hooligan along....to Sadie's disaproval....but he's the better on leash walker :)   I'm pretty darn slow so here you can see Cowboy waiting up ahead for slow poke me.  Still a lovely wee walk and at least I begin the day with some more workout for the feet.
