Glen Abbey Canadian Open 5k

Started this misty fay with a 5 k run on the golf course cart path. I placed 208/405 and 17/40 in my gender age group. I was thrilled because i had done virtually no running training due to hip & knee pain. I felt great during the race (& after). My sweetie beat me by 4.5 minutes and placed 117/405. He then took me out for a big greasy celebratory breakfast and car ahopping. Great day!
