Flower Friday

With thanks to Subjunctive (Paula) for suggesting this idea to me yesterday.  Fields of sunflowers in the noon sun.  About to be harvested for sunflower oil.  One more in extras.  A steamy day, a friend along for the ride and a fish and chips lunch!  All in all a good day.
