Corstorphine Hill

Edinburgh is a geologists heaven. 325 million years ago a  mile thick glacier travelled up Corstorphine Hill leaving these scratches from pebbles in the base of the glacier.  There is also a memorial to Walter Scott  (one of many in Edinburgh) (extra) and Mr P ticked off one more of the 7 hills.
