Day 1 of the holiday, and thanks to Jetlag we were up early and at Universal Studios in time to ride everything at least twice.

The E.T. ride is just as nostalgic as it was when I was a last visited florida over 14 years ago, except for now it has the added nostalgia of reminding me of going to Florida way back then. It's nostalgia squared.

Before leaving we popped over to Islands of Adventure and rode the Harry Potter forbidden journey ride twice (5 minute queues, yay!). So far it's the ride of the holiday (so that's today then).
