Finally getting back on the #30DaysOfComposition bandwagon after a(nother) holiday without mobile/data and minimal wifi (which has a lot to be said for it we all agreed).

Back to Mrs S this morning sorting out her front garden and admiring the still impressive bruising on her foot and leg after she took a tumble when I was last there. She said they'd found a fracture on her x-ray but, for reasons she didn't quite understand, chose not to put her leg in plaster. She was getting about fine with a stick though and I was very pleased to see that she was up on her feet again.
