There's a queue outside the George Street Apple store that curls back around the corner of the block and up the length of the street behind.

There's guys clutching blankies, and people a little further back in the queue have set up a card table and are going hammer-and-tongs at a game of poker. Some (those with cast-iron constitutions) are scoffing kebabs like there's no tomorrow.

Yup. Must be another iphone on the market today.
