BethaBlip 127...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th.

Her ice skating has been getting a bit sporadic of late.  She’s been missing lessons for various reasons.  Tonight, she did something to her foot at school and couldn’t put her boots on.  There’s been not being able to get up for early mornings and other things.  I hope she is able to tell us and herself if she isn’t fully enjoying it anymore.

She started her new school this month.  It’s been going really well.  She originally was leaning on the girl from across the road for playground friends (she’s not in her class) but she’s started making friends with people in her class which is good.  She’s been getting French lessons at school so I introduced her to an App on her phone that I found very useful for learning language.

The big news is the new pet.  She was after a rabbit and made a pact with her brother where by they would get one each as they live in pairs better.  We talked her down to a hamster which she is suitably enamoured with.  It’s called Charlie and is a small grey syrian hamster.
