Cycle

We went out east this time. I think we did something like forty miles. Far too far for me. By the time we Musselburgh on the way home I was just about ready to cry. 

I have cleaned the bike and had a shower and eaten an avocado. 

I am now going to take an anti-inflamatory and go to bed early with the excuse that I can read till I'm ready to go to sleep.
