Another Dr. Seuss Plant

These strange things remind me of giant crocheted eggs, loopy and furry and cuddly. The first project our knitting group instigated was creating felted knitted Easter eggs--a strange and complicated undertaking. This was before I joined up, but the slogan for frustrated knitters became "It's just an egg!" meaning not to worry, no big deal. It is said frequently in our group, since part of the knitting experience is often frogging (rip it, rip it, rip it) or tinking (knitting backwards). It is such a fine expression, and can be applied to many situations in life.
