Lily

I'm not very good at blowing my own trumpet, as it were. But I'm quite proud of my wee lily that I made out of flower paste. I did it at an evening class and have previously learned how to make roses, sweet peas and carnations. I made a Calla lily too last night. I still need lots of practice, but it's quite a therapeutic thing to do...just calmly and slowly taking care on a piece at a time. Here's hoping it's a while before someone asks for flowers on a cake! :)
