Continuing with the food theme, Zingerman's!

In the morning, I actually woke at 8:00 to take the Bloomberg BAT test. It was free, so I figured, why not. It was a test of banking, trading, financial statement analysis, economics, and general analytic reasoning. It was a tough two hours. Shows how much I still need to learn. In the afternoon, my MO group and I worked on our field project. We chose Zingerman's because it's a big-time local sandwich place. It was interesting talking to their manager about their focus on the customer and their plans for expansion, among other things. As you can see, they have some humor as well.
