Alva Glen Illuminations

When me and Erin arrived at Alva Glen Illuminations tonight it was shoulder to shoulder shuffling around the beautiful, but hard to see (and even harder to photograph) lights in the woods, the burn, the bridge, steps, waterfall... I even bumped into a fellow blipper who, like me, was also concussing passers by in the crush with the tripod slung over his shoulder.

I would have blipped a shot of the acrobats in fairy light hats spinning overhead in treetops, but at half-eight it thinned out and I got the space to set up my tripod on the bridge and shoot the burn. I live around the corner and come here light painting from time to time, but it's never been prepared for me in advance :-)
