Sun comes in the morning

Checked out, checked the beach and headed up to Falmouth's Penryn campus for my meeting.
Then, as it was beautifully sunny, back to the beach to change on the car and go for a coast path run. Finished with a cold shower on the beach. Then into town for a pasty and large tea before hitting the highway home.
