Clustered bonnet

My new print "Clustered Bonnet" is finished. I played around with various primary colour combinations but decided in the end that these earthy colours (ochre, burnt sienna, raw umber) suited it best. This is my tenth fungi inspired lino print. The eleventh will be the blackening waxcap.

Very surprised this morning when I saw three Clouded Yellow butterflies dancing along a hedgerow. I don't think I  ever seen one later than August before. They disappeared before I had a chance to photograph them.
