Pink gear

When I said that Pink is a colour I never wear, I had obviously ignored the fact that part of most days I am in fact wearing something pink.

My Zumba trainers are a bright pink,and my poolside flipflops and swimming turban are also of this colour.

How could I have failed to recognise their pinkness.
