but not rusting for the Underfall Yard has got Lottery Funding to help restore or at least care for the old machinery that kept the Harbour lock gates, bridges and sluices working.  Went on a tour with a very knowledgeable guide and emerged to find the little boxes lit up by a rainbow (see extra)
