Early brew

In an effort to keep up to date I am posting early today.

I picked up a couple of new packs of teabags in M&S on Monday. A non edible treat on my first fast day of the week They are unusual with green tea and toasted rice making for a slightly smoky taste.

Back from an early run with 30 minutes to spare as I have a canine hydrotherapy appointment this morning, meaning a late start at work.

I kicked my way through lots of golden leaves this morning Today I am grateful for the seasons.
