Sunday: Goldilops

Began the day by chatting with my friend, Mary, who lives in upstate New York. We then swung by Pam and Joy's to return an umbrella we borrowed last night before heading to our local Vietnamese for a very tasty Phô. It was just the thing on a day like today.

We then drove out to Richmond to have a look at a local cat sanctuary as K. is interested in volunteering there. It was a great place - they have about 500 cats, most of whom can't be homed because they're unwell, too old, too wild....but they do well in this environment and it was lovely to see.

The nearby shelter also had other animals, including rabbits. This wasn't actually Goldilops. That was another rabbit but I just loved the name.
