Ever decreasing circles

Or the red eye from the one eyed purple idol brother of the green-eyed yellow one from the old dirge that starts:

There's a one-eyed yellow idol to the north of Khatmandu,
There's a little marble cross below the town;
There's a broken-hearted woman tends the grave of Mad Carew,
And the Yellow God forever gazes down....

For those interested this blip was done by dropping the pop-up drinking top from a well known brand of children's milk drink (OK - Mars) into the bottom of a plain glass standing on a black piece of card.

I removed the shadows from around the glass in P'shop, sharpened it up a bit and twiddled (technical term) with the contrast and then added a keyline for fun.

But I do believe that some of those circles may be ellipses...clearly a badly blown glass...(But then, an expression including the words bad, blame, tools and workmen, springs to mind)
