XT Brewery

I had to return a barrel to a friend's brewery today. It has been rolling around in the boot of the car for a couple of weeks now, and I have finally tired of it.

Russ and Gareth started their brewery less than a year ago, but have already had to expand the business, buy more casks, get another fermenter to keep up with demand, which is great to see.

When I popped in Russ was in the middle of a brew day, the place was also full of new casks. The colour bands on the casks are unique to each brewery, so the the owner of the casks can be established.
