tree creeper

I spotted a tree keeper on our apple tree before leaving for the bus (flight) to work. Grabbed a hurried shot.

He doesn't show up that often and the robin tried to see him off.


I am now in a town called Sprockhövel, its new to me and I will be here until Thursday evening. Not sure I will see much of the place but my first  Christmas dinner of the year is involved :-)
