Baking day!

Another dull day.  Took a friend to the doctors after school this morning then came home, put the washing out and started cooking.  Made an apricot and hazelnut cake (new recipe), minestrone soup and frangipane mince pies (blip).  Picked someone else up from the doctors after school so no time for a walk today in daylight!
