A Delicious Coastline

This blip is to compliment and follow up on mine of last February. The Pembrokeshire coast is still breathtaking, this time on a somewhat less clear day and a mile or so closer to Fishguard.

I had a wonderful time walking with Ceridwen and Casey on familiar paths. Notice Dinas Head to the left, which is the promontory in the distance, in a misty half-tone. I the earlier blip it's as clear as can be.

[Edit: Ceridwen has blipped a great shot of the coast a bit closer to the town.]

This is facing NE From just east of the ruins of Fishguard's 18th Century "fort," which is so small that it's really more of a gun station in my understanding of such things.

We gathered sea beets at a storm beach and they became part of a delicious Indian supper cooked by C's younger son. I also fed a few of the leaves to the garden snails I'm collecting, which will become a blip and some sort of escargot appetizer next week.
