down in the dell

I found this little waterfall in a forgotten corner of the land around the Baltimore garden. It was like fairyland, and the sun shone.

I was pleased with the shot because I had no tripod with me so the camera was handheld but still caught the scattered droplets looking like fireworks in the sunlight.

Today marked the end of the season, a lunchtime party with great food made from the produce we had grown there, nice wine, and a farewell to good friends until next year.
