Betsey

Awoke with a terrible headache this morning, painkillers and another sleep helped a little. I don’t know if it was due standing so long last night or not. I shouldn’t think so.

Went to the hydrotherapy pool late afternoon and did some gentle exercise, which has helped slightly. So my only offering is Betsey on the couch.
