Telephone line
Could have called it Sgt Pepper's Lone Hearts Club Band as the horns or trumpets brought that to my mind. But wife stated that the cobweb looks like a telephone line, so there.
The horn section was located on the vertical side of a big rock (8m x 5m x 5m) and the longest on of them is about 1 cm. Did spot this oddly shaped moss or lichen only by accident, they were so small. Noted them already a week ago and blipped them, but a better one took over then. Now there was a heavy mist in the morning, revealing the "telephone line" as well. This is taken upwards. The horns are a bit hollow on the thicker end.
By the way it was only +1 degrees during my walk this morning - hrrrrr, luckily I had gloves this time around.
Mist makes much much tinier droplets than rain.
And yes, I like the title song by ELO very much.
