Plastic Wrap Palm

Stressful day today, an early start to get to Stansted mid morning. It was bad enough coping with the M25 but on top of that we had a phone call from the father-in-law at 8:30 to say he didn't now want the electrician I had gone to great trouble to book for 9:00 to come. After much repetitive discussion mrsfitzbilly finally talked him around. We had a call later from the electrician to say he had successfully fitted new living room lights, but that my father-in-law was complaining they were now too bright. The shades on the old ones were held together with sellotape, so something had to be done.
Didn't get any decent pics at the airport or services on the way home. Thank goodness it's Abstract Thursday. Thought I would have another go at photographing our indoor palm. It looks pretty abstract anyway as the light shines through the criss-cross leaves, but I added a plastic wrap for effect .
